Oh the river...

We spent the last week out at the river. It was fun getting some time to relax and just hang out. Abby did some tubbing and her first attempt at water skiing! She got a lot of fishing in with Dad and loved the slip n slide. Nate is crawling and getting into everthing. I can't believe he is 10 mos old already. Here are some pics...

Argh Matey!

Yesterday we celebrated Brayden's 2nd Birthday!! We had so much fun. The party was at Mission Beach and it couldn't have been a more perfect day to be at the beach. The temps were hitting 100 at home and the beach was in the mid 80's. Abby loves playing with her cousins and she now loves being a pirate too! Here are some pics...

So fun is he..

Nate has always sucked his thumb here and there. Mostly I would find him with his thumb in this mouth in the mornings. This last weekend we found that if he had his blanket in his hand or even just saw his blanket he would automatically stick his thumb in his mouth. It was so cute!! Here is a picture

A couple days ago Nate was on the ground playing some toys and the next thing we knew he was sleeping. He had never fallen asleep like this. It was so funny to see him still holding on to his toys.

Mommy's Day

Hope all you Mommies had a wonderful day on Sunday. We had a really good time down at the beach. We spent a few days in Coronado, at the strand, camping with friends. The kids all had a good time riding bikes, playing at the park, and digging in the sand. Abby was so excited to sleep in the motorhome and play with her friends. Last thursday my mom and I went to Abby's chapel at her school. We watched her sing songs and then they had refreshments they served us. The class made all their moms hats with flowers and they were all so proud of them. I will put some pics up from the beach and chapel.

Happy Birthday Jacob!!

Today we went to Old Poway Park to celebrate Jacob's birthday. I can't believe he is already 3 years old. I am still shocked that Tiffany has a boy and now she has two. =) We had lots of fun hanging out with everyone. It was a beautifull day to spend with the cousins! Congrats Tiff and Jason on a beautiful family and a very fun little 3 year old, we were so happy to spend the day with you.

We had so much fun just hanging out and relaxing. The weather was beautiful. Abby had lots of fun fishing and going for rides.

My little knucklehead

Hi, I am Aly...

I thought I might need to reintroduce myself, its been so long! =) Somehow the last few weeks have just flown by. Hope everyone is doing well. Abby and Nate are doing great. Nate has pretty much started crawling. He isn't totally up on all fours but is pulling himself everywhere. He is now following me from room to room and then sits at my feet and wants to to be picked up. I just love that! Abby is Abby, always entertaining me. Last night in the bath she wanted to talk to Jesus, but didn't understand why she couldn't hear Him. I tried to tell her that He lives inside us so she said she could hear Him coming from her belly button. Not what I meant but I laughed anyway. I am going to put some pictures up of what we have been doing. We spent a few days last week out at the River with my parents and Abby just loved it. She loves being outside and riding the seadoos. She had some fun fishing with Dad too.
