To walk or not to walk? That is the question.

So, Nate is not walking yet, but is loving pushing around anything that moves. Every day he is up on his feet more. Today he even took about 3 steps all on his own. It is so fun to watch him try to muster up the courage. Here is a little video of him pushing his fire truck around the kitchen. He did this for almost 30 minutes today, all over the house.

Nate loves watching the backyardigans. He is not really a big tv watcher but if the Backyardigans come on he is just so excited. He giggles and laughs at it, and so I giggle and laugh at him. My new little toy....

I am so excited to show you all my new little car!! Anyone who used to know me back when will understand how much I loved my old bug. Last weekend Brian got me another one. I know its probably not the most practical car I could have, but it sure looks good sitting in the garage!! =) We found it up in LA, so Brian and my Dad and I spent last Saturday driving up to see it. Its a 79 and we bought it from the original owner. It only has 69,000 original miles and is in great shape.

Our trip to the circus

On Friday we took Nate on his first trip to the circus. I have taken Abby the last few years and she has always loved it. She really enjoys a show. She loves to clap and yell for everyone and this year was no exception. Her favorite part were the tigers and the elephants. It was funny to watch her watch the clowns. Not really understanding their humor but laughing so loud because all the other kids were laughing. Nate did great. I thought he might get scared at the loud noises or the dark but he really had a good time. Papa went with us and helped me the last little bit when he got too tired. Here are some pics...
